Undertook a self-install as had VM before. Broadband works - was told number port from TalkTalk would be handled by VM and take up to 10 days. My contract started on 9 February 2021 - no notification on Landline and the TT number is still live?

I am sorry to hear that your number port does not appear to have gone ahead. Please can you confirm you have not cancelled your number with your previous provider or that it is not scheduled to cancel any day now?
I haven't cancelled it - no - as was told to do nothing. It ends on 10 March - and want to avoid them putting me onto a new contract - but with Elderly relatives cannot afford to lose the landline number that we have had for over 20 years.
