We're sorry to hear of the issue with your landline not being able to make calls out at the minute, could you please try rebooting your hub (switch off from the on/off switch at the back then wait 10 seconds and switch it back on) as your landline should work via fibre and let us know if this clears out the issue and enables you to make calls?
Also, do you have a lial tone before you make a call out?
What's the exact message you get when ringing the number?
Does this happen with certain group of numbers (e.g. mobiles only) or is it a general issue with any number you're trying to reach?
