Landline voicemail

Hello,

The voicemail on my grandmas phone isn’t working. I have phoned virgin several times and getting no conclusion with them telling me it’s not a fault on their end. I have checked the answer phone on the main handset (which was the latest advice saying it could be blocking the virgin voicemail) but it is switched off and never been used.

The voicemail was working until her landline got switched over to the wifi one and it’s extremely important we get this fixed as she is elderly and lives alone.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that your grandma is having with her landline voicemail at the moment, there is much that I can ask you to check as you have provided all the information that we need to investigate this but to do this, we will need to send over a private message to confirm a few details to enable us to look into this for your grandma.
