Landline voicemail not working

Hello,

When I call my landline it keeps ringing and doesn’t cut to the 1571 voicemail service. However when I dial voicemail from the landline phone, the service seems to be set up and in working order.

The line was transferred to the fibre network recently and I wondered if this had something to do with the problem.

We'd love to assist with this, could you please tell us more on what happens when trying to call and leave a message on there?
Do you get a dial tone and are able to make and receive calls as normal?
Does it ring a few times and then switch to voicemail or something else happens when trying to leave a voice message?

Lastly, do you have other call featured added on such as Call Divert etc and do those work ok or you're having more problems with those?
