Hello, I am a new customer (landline + fibre).
My landline voicemail doesn't intercept and record incoming calls.
When I dial 1571 I get a message saying that there is a problem with my mailbox – it is 'disabled'.
When I try to activate my mailbox online, it says that it is not active at the moment. It gives me instructions on resetting my password, which I do, but then I get back to square one.
Can somebody help me, please?

Thank you, Lee_R. I see that I am instructed to call 150 to set up voicemail (this is different from the other instructions I had read before). Would it be possible to activate voicemail without calling 150? Many thanks!

I seem to have the same issue, my account shows I have a free voicemail service but when trying to dial 1571 I hear "it looks like you have a problem, your mailbox is disabled". I would be grateful if this can be investigated.
