My landline has been dead for a week, according to service status, there is nothing wrong with it. I spoke to an agent last Wednesday just after 8 am who stated that a TV fault in the area was causing the landline issue, so why does the service status show no fault on the landline phone. Initially VM said the TV fault would be fixed by Friday that has now been extended to next Tuesday. This service is just not good enough.

I'm very sorry for the issues you've had with your Landline service.
I have taken a look on our side and I am unable to see any area outage that could be affecting the service.
