Hi Virgin, can you explain why if you are changing to internet calling why I am still going to be billed the same amount- as you will not be supplying a separate ‘land line’ connection ?

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.
So regarding this matter, the landline number and service would still be a rental service meaning the charge would still be valid for the package.
