Hi

I've just had a phone call from a man saying he was from virgin media (who's spoken english was very bad) saying that our landline was being switched over to fibre, this is the first I know of this.  I asked him to send this to me by email as I couldn't understand what he was asking me to do.  I've checked my emails and I have received absolutely nothing about this matter from virgin media by email or post.  Can someone please help me with this?

I must say that I am not overly enamoured with Virgin media as we get a lot of phone calls and texts from them wanting us to upgrade mobile contracts or handsets practically every day for about a week then they leave us alone for a couple of weeks then start harassing us again with daily phone calls.  Not great to the degree that we're contemplating leaving virgin media altogether.
