My elderly parents who live in Norwich are experiencing difficulty with their landline, managed by Virgin. There is no connecting noise when they pick the phone up. They are only connected by a landline - there is no internet.
Would appreciate if you could test the line and let me know if there is a problem; we can then assume it's their phone that is at fault.
