Hi, I am a chronic sick/disabled customer. I am registered with Virgin for priority repairs. I am very reliant on my landline phone working, such as in the last 12 months, I have had 22 visits to A&E. I am currently having a lot of trouble with my landline phone. It will call mobile phones fine, with some echo at times, but calling other numbers, even 150 to get through to Virgin, I am having difficulty. I have an intermittent dial tone. When I dial a number other than a mobile, it mostly is just quiet, no noise, and if I speak or make a noise, it’s just echoing back to me. I have telephone Virgin on my mobile, he could not hear me at times, as I am on 02 and that’s having problems too. He has raised a fault ticket, but told me,someone will call me back, in 24/48 hours. I told him I am on priority repairs. This is working to me, and that time length to fix it, is a longtime to me, in my condition. Can someone from Virgin, please help me with this as soon as possible. Thank you.
