A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry to hear that your home phone switch over has not gone ahead on the date scheduled.
We will certainly investigate this matter for you. Before we invite you in for a private chat, can we just clarify that you still have a dialling tone, are able to make outgoing and receive incoming calls and have your handset plugged in to your master socket currently.

Thanks for the reply. I can confirm the landline still works for incoming and outgoing calls.
When I connected to the hub, my phone indicated I should check line status...meaning it wasn't working.
