Landline switchover

My landline service has been removed.

Can I get this reverted ?

I have an older hub2, so think I will need that replaced plus adapter. Must this be an engineer visit?

Thanks for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear that your landline service has been removed. We can certainly get this reinstated for you however it may mean that we have to change your package.

We'll need to send you out a newer Hub (most likely going to be a Hub 3). We can get this sent out to you as a delivery, or can arrange for an engineer to install it. It's your choice 😊

I trust it can be reinstated without that.
