Landline switchover

I received text this afternoon to go ahead with landline switchover. Plugged phone into Hub 3 & reset hub, eventually red flashing phone symbol turned solid green, waited yet no connection. Tried again, no phone connection. Plugged phone back into existing socket & it works.

Hi @cookie1 thanks for your post here in the Community although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised.

Apologies for this - if this is still the case after tomorrow please let us know.

It might be because the switchover hasn't fully completed yet, it can be any point up to midnight where this takes place.
