Does anyone know if the landline switchover has happened in the Sunderland area.

VM will notify you when the phone switchover is taking place.
Once it has taken place, your landline wall socket will stop working and your only phone connection will be via the phone socket on the hub.

I got a letter that it will take place today. I swapped my phone over but it didn't work. A reply this morning said it could take place at anytime.

Is your previous telephone wall socket still working or has that gone off too?

Please ensure your landline remains plugged in to the wall socket until it loses connection, then switch ot over to your Hub after this. Let me know how you get on.
