We plan to update our entire network, and customer base to the Fibre Phone service by 2025. I've had a look on our side, and your area isn't quite ready to make the switch just yet.
When it’s time to switch, we’ll contact you approximately three months before we make any change to your Landline Service; and this will be via Email, Post or Phone. That way, you’ll have time to make any necessary preparations before the move.
