Landline hasn’t worked for weeks finally spoke to someone who tells me our area has been switched to digital service but we have received no emails letters etc. Having looked online I see I should have had a connect or to connect to the hub. The website doesn’t allow you to check if your area has switched or order the connector if you have been missed. How do I check anyone know? Any good way to get the connector or do I need to take time off work to sit on hold?
