Landline switch over

When will the switchover be done in Halifax HX2 area as I'd like to move phone connection into hub 5

Hi Tazmanuk 👋 welcome back! thank you for getting in touch about the switchover!

The switchover is happening gradually across the country at the moment, we are contacting customers as this is happening in their area. However, we can request this happens ahead of schedule for you! I will need to just pop you a PM to confirm a few details and get it booked in. There can be a little longer wait than usual for an appointment as it's not a priority fault visit.
