As a new years resolution I decided to attempt to contact you again, I did the survey tool back in early December after getting the email. Apparently I need a technician as we have several phone extensions and our hub (old with no extra phone sockets) is in a different room from the existing phone master socket. I tried ringing the advised but non existent number to arrange the visit, so then tried the general 150 No, no mention of switch over in the thousand levels of menus, I complained formally and got a brush off response, so now I'll try written communication and let you work out what I need and contact me in writing ( virtual no doubt) with the way forward
