Hi sinima, thanks for the message and welcome back to the forums. 

Can you confirm if the landline is plugged into the hub or is this in the wall socket at present?

Hi, It's plugged into the Router as it was for the SH 3

I have just tried to plug it back into the wall socket, but no joy I assume that is dead following the recent switch to IP
