Landline - sound cuts out on calls

Hi,

I have been having a problem which has been getting progressively worse over the last few months. When I make or receive calls on my landline the sound cuts out either for a short time or until I hang up and redial.

I have changed my phone thinking it was that but it is still happening. I have even been upgraded to the new superhub and have the same problem

Please can you think of anything to help?

Re: Landline - sound cuts out on calls

Hi Emily

Thank you for your reply

Sorry but I haven't booked an appointment or been in touch other than on here.

Can you let me know of someone is going to fix this remotely or when someone should be coming round?

Thanks

Re: Landline - sound cuts out on calls

You should be able to see the details regarding this and reschedule if needed on your My Virgin Media account.

Thanks, Emily.

Re: Landline - sound cuts out on calls

Hi Xapm,

Our apologies if that isn't showing on the account.

What I will do is private message you to get some details.
