Landline services removed in package change

Hi,

I have just had a change to my broadband package, and received my new Contract which shows some landline phone services have been removed.

I phoned-up and itemised the 3 services removed in error which I would like added back, but the revised contract shows 2 are still missing and the 3rd added back isn't the same as the service removed!

Anyone from VM Phone team able to help, please?

Thanks for the quick reply, Emily.

I appreciate some services take 24 hours to process on your systems, it's just the service are not listed (or correctly) on the revised Contract received after my phone call, so what will be processed are either not correct or just missing.

Was it the landline in it's entirity which wasn't added to the contract or some features? If features then this wouldn't start a new contract.

New contract is just for new broadband tier and will last for 18 months.

However, they have in error, removed 3 landline features and now added one back but it's not the correct one!

Can you send me a Private Message please and I send you screenshot from Contract of what has been removed.
