Landline rings, but no dial tone

Hi,

had a couple of phone calls on landline, spoke to caller on mobile and they said it didn't go to answer phone, although I heard it ringing

I get no dial tone either, and the status page doesn't yet list a problem

Phone is a cordless, but is charged up

Tried calling from landline to mobile and it didn't get through

Hi,

Unfortunately, the engineer has not turned up, I had texts to ask me to be in between 12 and 4pm (which I have been)

I don't know if there is a way to see if they might arrive after the scheduled slot?
