Hi
I've just spent hours yesterday and an hour tonight trying to get my landline working.
We have been with V.M for over 15 years and had to take out a new contract to get a better deal but on installation I was informed we had a new number so we requested our original number to be ported over.
Now I can ring out but not receive any calls, my 86 year old mother and 83 year old mother in law are now unable to ring us.
The phone was fine ringing in and out before the porting and all V.M tell me it's my phone!
Any help much appreciated as I'm still in the 30 days and I don't want to really cancel my subscription but it looks like I will have too
