Suddenly I can no longer make outgoing calls. Incoming is still fine.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue Landline.

Can you confirm if you get a dial tone on your handset?

Hi Martin,

Yes I do get a dial tone on the handset.

However, as soon as I press the second digit I get "good afternoon welcome to virgin media"

Do you have another handset you can try?
