An elderly relative has been unable to make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls on her landline since lunchtime yesterday (Saturday). It's still off and it is important that she is able to contact someone if she needs help.
I have done a service status check but it reports no problems in her area. Her handsets have been checked and swapped with others to check for faults but nothing found.
Can anyone help with advice to restore her connection please? I can't find any way to contact Virgin, and their website takes you round in circles to the beginning. 😠
