Hello there, please please can you look into our problem with landline. Was going to leave Virgin decided not to but BT had taken line early. Asked Virgin to port number back after complaint to yourselves and calls too numerous to mention and informed this was done on the 5th February. Still no working phone since December 22nd. Had no problems with landline previously and have been with Virgin for 24 Years. Please tell me what's going on. Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear there's been an issue with your landline after your number was ported back over to us from BT. Can you please double check that the landline number showing on your My Virgin Media account here is the number which you're wanting to keep, or is this a temporary number?
