Landline porting

I am trying to find out if Virgin have received my request to port my landline number over from Talk Talk in time for the installation on 23rd July.

I have tried to find this out via webchat -total waste of time. Getting the run around.

Told the porting team cannot be contacted by phone or email.

Wow, customer service at it's best

Can anyone help?

Thanks for getting back to me Michael - let me reassure you everything looks fine and the transfer confirmed. If you have any further concerns please give us another shout but I can't see anything to worry about from here at this stage.
