Landline phone not working, Internet fine

On our wavelength

My internet-based landline is not working.  The phone symbol is flashing red on the hub, though the internet connection and wifi are fine.  Phone has a dial tone, but if I try to dial out nothing happens, and if you try to call my number something says " this number is unavailable, try to contact them by another means."

Weirdly, the Virgin Service Status results say my phone is fine but there are issues on the broadband and TV (which there aren't--they are working.)

Can someone check into this please?
