Hi - can someone from the Virgin media team please contact me about porting issue from Sky?
I joined Virgin on 25th March, and Sky phone was disconnected 1 week ago (15th April). I asked both companies to ensure old phone number was ported but this didn't happen for some reason and am now getting concerned old number will be re-assigned.
I've tried the online messaging system for the past week & have been very frustrated with the clunkiness and lack of response. Seen a few threads on here where media team seem to be much more pro-active...
