Landline phone issue

my landline phone has not worked for over a month and I cannot phone Virgin as the line is dead - even though that is the suggested message online. The 0345 number costs an absolute fortune from a mobile and no one answers the call. I just don't know what to do now. Do you have an suggestions?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your landline. 

 

Are you able to confirm for me, is your landline connected via the hub or the wall socket?  Are you able to try another handset?

Hi Zak

It is a socket. None of the phones work. The message on the phone says check phone line.  Around late december we did have dial tone for a couple of days and the phone would ring but the connection wasn't there.

There is NO tone so there is nothing in or out.
