Landline phone dead

Today my landline has stopped working, no ring tone, nothing, if someone rings it it doesn’t connect

the only help is to ring about the issue but without a working landline I cannot do that

can a member of staff help

i have checked all the connection and phone but nothing

Have you removed everything from the socket including any extensions, filters and other equipment such as alarms, once done try a different phone, standard if possible, you can find further help/ support around landline faults here.

That link us useless for landline not working as the 3 choices it gives you do not apply, can someone check my connection so I can use something I am paying for
