My landline is not working, no calls in or out.  After spending hours waiting, I have been told to switch over from wall socket to the hub but have no adaptor.  I cannot connect my landline. 

It seems I should have received a letter informing me of the changeover,  plus the adaptor but have received nothing. 

How do I get the adaptor?
