Landline package not changed to Anytime when requested
Our landline was previously set to Evening and Weekends, however at the start of the COVID19 problem and knowing the whole family would be at home and using the phone more, I called to upgrade the phone package to 'Inclusive Anytime'.
I was told how much extra it would cost and accepted that and I was told this change would be in place immediately.
Looking at my recent bill I see almost £30 in phone charges and the package still has not been changed to 'Anytime'.
What do I need to do to get this changed and the charges refunded?
