Good Afternoon, until recently I have had good service from VM on all fronts.
Unfortunately in the last few weeks I think my landline has been out of service more than in service.
At the moment its not working, the third day in a row. I rang VM (from my mobile) and the recorded message says its aware of the fault, yet the VM website says there are no problems.
Can anyone suggest what on earth is going and how I fix it?
