Landline only lets me contact virgin helpline when I make outgoing calls.

Can receive calls but not make outgoing calls it automatically contacts virgin helpline. 
Can’t contact Virgin as don’t know memorable word as it was set up 25 years ago

Thanks for using the Community Forums to get this issue with your landline services looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration 😥 I would be more than happy to look into this for you!

The first thing we need to know is whether you plug your landline base unit into the wall or into your Hub please? 

Could you also login to your MyVM Account to check if your bills are up to date?

I just posted a thread with the same issue. Any number dialled connects immediately to VM.
