Landline number transfer

Hello, I’ve just joined Virgin as a new customer as part of moving house. I requested my landline number to be transferred from my old house (I was with BT). I provided the number and previous address when I applied but have been asked for this again via text message - is this correct? Many thanks

Further to my last message, the text message asks me to call 03456500101, is this number correct?
