I changed from BT to Virgin and requested a landline number transfer which was accepted. Our installation happened in March and our landline number was indeed transferred. About a week or 2 after our number was transferred and in use, it was removed. Customer service have been telling me there is nothing they can do because our number is no longer active, but surely that cannot be so if the number was ALREADY TRANSFERRED. This is very frustrating as we’ve had our number for over 20 years and many companies contact me using this number. Customer service have been very unhelpful but I’m sure this can be resolved.
