Moved to VM on 10/12/20 just 11 days ago. The salesman, who rang me, promised my number will be transferred within 10 days. But still not transferred. spoke to customer service on the 8th day.
After a long conversation, someone promised me to ring back within an hour with full facts. That was 2 days ago. Still waiting for that call from VM and the number not transferred yet.
