Last week, I changed my package to downgrade TV to save some cash. During this renewal of contract all services were disconnected for a day. Tv and broadband are now back up and running but landline is still disconnected. More worryingly the landline phone number on my account has changed from the number I have been using with Virgin for past 20 years. Have been hanging in queues and getting passed round every department trying to get this resolved but with no joy.
Hoping a virgin community member can help out with getting this fixed, or at least point me towards correct department that can resolve this.
