If you haven't done so already, can you check our Service Status Dashboard to see if any known area impacting faults are being reported there? If so, it'll also detail a current estimated fix date/time.
If nothing is reported there, would you mind expanding on the broadband connection issue, please? To confirm, are you saying that a wired connection to the router is also presenting the same problems?
As for the landline, is it possible for you to test a different handset so we can rule out if it's equipment related or not?
