Thanks for offering to help but yes after being so frustrated with Customer Service I have decided to cancel my services, although it was only installed 2 days ago.
I only wish I had found these forums sooner and not relied on calling Customer Service! Was looking forward to being with Virgin but I simply could not risk wasting further time with calls to Customer Services call centres!
My only wish would be that my BT number does not end up in black hole!
