So I’ve been with Virgin for a few months and now I’ve had a phone call off a friend saying they can’t get intouch in the landline. So I’ve tried to ring my number I’ve had for over 25 years and it comes up number doesn’t exist !!! Any ideas 💡 Thanks in advance.

By the sounds of it your number has not ported over or you don’t have a landline. If you do have a landline it will be a new one best thing to do is ring a mobile and the number will appear or 174 or 175 from ur landline will give you the number or your bill. Just to make you aware if you old landline is no longer active and the number is not owned by vm that number will not be retrievable sadly .

I’ve rang my mobile number off my landline and it’s the same number !!!🤔. When I ring my landline off my mobile or other phones it’s says it doesn’t exist !!! So can call out from landline but no incoming calls

I would contact vm you may have some settings that need turning off or you may have a fault they have a team that specialises in the 21 cv. If you have only just joined it may have just recently ported over. I would contact them to some tests
