most frustrating company ive ever come across my landline dont work no dial tone or anything so thought i would try to contact virgin which is almost impossible
chose all my options and then got told by an automated voice that we will put you through to an agent....10-15 mins later get another message saying sorry you dont have enough credit to continue this call then just ended the call like that,i had £7 credit before that call started which i wont get back now what do i do almost impossible to resolve anything with virgin without paying the price for something else
