Landline not working

I see that someone else had the same problem a week ago. Cant dial in or out - says check the line cord which I have done and all is connected correctly. I need the landline as the mobile signal is not good and have husband with medical needs. Can anyone help please?

Hi maryn,

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues with the line.

Can you confirm if there is a dial tone? Have you been able to test a different handset?

No there is no dial tone. I have 3 handsets connected to the one line and none of them work
