Landline not working

My landline is unable to make or receive calls meaning I'm unable to report the fault to 150 and mobile reception varies from patchy to non-existent in the house. I've attempted to find a way of reporting fault online but all avenues I follow end up with an instruction to call help team. Please can anyone suggest a way to report this fault to VM. Many thanks in advance.

How is your phone currently connected, is this via the old wall socket or Via our Router?

Via the old wall socket. I've been sent a letter about switch over but this isn't due to take place until the new year.
