Landline not working

Hi

No dial tone around 11am when I tried to make a call.  Have checked website for known issues and done the usual tests and substitutions at my end.  I also note that the line is "live" as evidenced by a click on old fashioned wired phone when going off-hook.  Dialling in from mob gives engaged tone.

I didn't report immediately as I've experienced intermittent outages before, which have resolved after some time.  Reporting now as there's still no dial tone.

I've checked for landline related area faults but there don't seem to be any present currently, in order to perform further diagnostics and help I will send you a private message here shortly.
