Landline not working

My landline has no dial tone but when you try and call it it cuts off, is it because if the copper switch off?

Thanks for reaching out. Apologies for the issues that you are having with your landline. As you have stated there are not faults in the area. The next option would be to run diagnostics and see if there is a fault on the line and if so book for an engineer to come out to you and have a look. The fastest option would be to contact the team, they can run a quick check. 

They are contactable on 📞 0345 454 1111, options 1, 2, 3.

Tuning in

I had the same sort of issue last week. Ended up going onto my phone being on my hub. Have adapter, but so far still no landline. Assuming it to be with the VM switch over.  Hope you manage to get it sorted out soon.


Thank you, that's what I think but I haven't had an adapter and they are sending an engineer next week
