Landline not working

Good Afternoon

No dial tone,checked all the sockets and all connected. 

Broadband is fine. No Number to call,no webchat available,so this seems like the only other option.

To confirm, is this connected to the Master socket?

Have you been able to try an alternative handset?


Yes it's all connected.

The handset was a new one bought recently

I tried to  put my account number in the messages but it won't let me do it

It didn't let you type in the account number?


I tap on the message

It doesn't let me type anything so I can put my virgin account number in


Do you have another device you can try on?


The TV and Internet are working normally and happily.

I just have 1 handset

I can unplug everything for a minute if that helps
