Landline not working

I don't know how to report this problem since I can't call 150 to report it.

Can anyone help?

You can use a mobile phone to call them on 0345 454 1111. Calls will cost the standard rate for calling landlines or should come out of your allowance of minutes if you have such a thing. 

This would be the best way to report a fault. 

BUT Are you sure your landline isn't working, and that you haven't simply been transferred off the analog phone network to the new digital system? Virgin are currently migrating people over as they're shutting down the copper wire network and having people plug their phones in to the back of the Virgin Media hub for telephone services instead. Double check you haven't had any recent correspondence about this.
