Hi. 

My home phone is not working. There's no dial tone and I just get a crackly noise. 

Yes, I have tried several phones and it's definitely the line that's not working. 

I've tried the test socket and that didn't work either so it's definitely the line. 

The landline plugs into the phone socket so my broadband is not affected. 

Please book an engineer to come out and look at the line.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with your phoneline. I've had a look at things from our side and it does look like an engineer is needed.

ours has gone too. same way. no dt, crackles, and when called from a mobile, it gives a fail message on screen.

the vm status page line test is also down.
